* 3. The Best Lawyer Is Often a Specialist
* 4. How to Find the Best Lawyer
* 5. Working With the Best Lawyer
1. Qualifications of the Best Lawyer
A lawyer is someone who is licensed to practice law. The proper title is Attorney at law, but they are commonly referred to as an attorney or a lawyer. The work of a lawyer is to use the body of legal code to correct wrongs, ease the workings of society and to deliver justice. As preparation for this career, a lawyer has graduated from law school with the degree of a “J.D.”, a Doctor of Jurisprudence. After graduation, the candidate must pass a state bar examination before receiving a license to practice in the state. In the United States, any attorney is permitted to argue your case in court, give legal advice on any topic and draft legal documents. However, an attorney may go on to be certified as a specialist in one of the many areas of legal practice. But state board certification is not generally required to practice in any specialty.
2. The Best Lawyer in History
In ancient Greece and Rome, there were no lawyers. Individuals were supposed to plead their own cases in the court. If you sought the assistance of a friend to guide you, it was illegal to pay your friend any money. This early practice led to inadequate legal representation, and a weak, undeveloped body of laws. It was gradually replaced. A strong legal profession, along with a strong, independent press and media, is a good protection of individual rights against governments and corporations.”
Wayne Cross presents >My First Scuba Diving Vacation posted at >First Scuba Diving Vacation, saying, “Everybody who dives has to have a first diving experience. Mine was about twenty years ago of the Big Island of Hawaii with a group of my friends. None of us were certified. How could we be, since it was our first time? If we had been certified, at least we could have said we had previously dived to the bottom of some community pool back on the mainland.”
Wayne Cross presents >Do It Yourself Deck Construction posted at >How to Build a Deck, saying, “The second problem with having a planter in the middle of a deck is that it completely chopped up the space and made the deck far less useful than it otherwise might have been. A six foot by six foot planter almost in the center of an otherwise flat wood deck that was about 20 feet by 28 feet in overall dimensions was little short of idiotic, but I guess that everything is in the eye of the beholder.”
Victor Schultz presents >St. Peters Square and Plaza | St. Peters Square, Vatican City posted at >St. Peters Square, Vatican City, saying, “I had the great pleasure on touring the Vatican, St. Peter’s Basilica, and the Sistine Chapel. I wanted to give you just a glimpse of what you might see, if you were to visit the Holy See in Vatican City, Rome, Italy. Obviously, any tour of the Vatican is best in person. If you cannot go there, then a tour with pictures is perhaps the second best approach to seeing the Vatican and all the beauty and splendor that it has to offer.”
Jan Hendricks presents >History of Cooking | Cooking History | History of Cooking posted at >History of Cooking, saying, “The art of cooking is a late addition to the list of the fine arts. Originally cooking was a purely industrial and useful art, and early humans were born a roasters and great eaters.”
Leland Jones presents >The Railroad Builders posted at >The Railroad Builders, saying, “The United States as we know it today is largely the result of mechanical inventions, and in particular of agricultural machinery and the railroad. One transformed millions of acres of uncultivated land into fertile farms, while the other furnished the transportation which carried the crops to distant markets.”
Ralph Sparkson presents >Instead, It Turns Out Dick Cheney’s Dog Was Darth Vader! posted at >Best Funny Dog Pictures, saying, “I am a sucker for funny dog photos and funny puppy photos.
